Sometimes you need to make a change to your email account settings. If you have a new password, if your email provider has asked you to change settings, or if you're having problems with sending and receiving email, you can change your email account settings through Mail in the Windows Control Panel, or from Outlook.

Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location.This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup.

To clear your out of office status and turn off your automatic reply in Teams, return to the Out of Office screen, click the toggle next to Turn on automatic replies and select the Save button.
