You can add your email signature automatically to all outgoing messages, or you can choose to add your signature only to specific messages. If you use both Outlook Web App and Outlook, you need to create a signature in each.

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).

Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.

Option for quiz. The default setting, Show results automatically, allows responders see the results of each question when they submit their quiz answers.Responders see green check marks next to each correct answer for the quiz questions and red message text displayed next to incorrect answers.
