2. Fill out the form using a recognized device and location. If possible, complete the form using a device you previously used to sign into your account and at a location where you commonly use that device and that we'll recognize, such as your home or office.

When you click someone's name or picture in Outlook or other Office apps and services, you'll see their profile card with information about them. From their profile card, you can save them to your own contacts, for example if you want to add Notes or other information.

Windows share window: Select the Outlook icon in the “Share using” section of the Windows share window to email your files using Outlook directly within the windows share window.It also has a search box. Sign out of your account and then sign in to your new account. If everything is fixed, move your personal data and files to the new account. To move your personal files from your old account to your new account, try opening File Explorer, expanding This PC > OSDisk (C:), and looking in the Users folder, where you should see folders for both accounts.
