We’re making some changes to Windows and Microsoft 365 that will impact Cortana users. Cortana voice assistance in Windows as a standalone app was retired in the spring of 2023.

Microsoft is retiring the Windows legacy inbox Troubleshooters, such as Keyboard troubleshooter and Speech troubleshooter, and the Microsoft Support Diagnostic Tool (MSDT) that runs them.

Important: If your device is out of support, it is no longer receiving security updates from Microsoft and may become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses.Therefore, we strongly recommend that you update to the latest version of Windows. Each version of Windows is supported for 18 months.

Tip: If you encounter a problem on your Windows device, pressing the Windows logo key + F takes a screenshot, then opens the Feedback Hub app and automatically uploads the screenshot to the Feedback tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to detail the problem you've encountered.

Windows 11 N: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Optional features.. Select View features next to Add an optional feature, and then select the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.
