Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a technology built into Windows that helps protect you from malicious code launching from areas of memory that have been designated as for data only.

Windows Security provides built-in security options to help protect your device from malicious software attacks. To access the features described below, tap the Windows Start button, type windows security, select it from the results, and then select Device security.

Add members to a shared channel. When creating a shared channel, the default setting is Share this channel with everyone on the team.. After you've chosen Shared channel as the channel type in the selection box, type the names of the people in your org you want to add to the channel and select from the list.

To check activation status in Windows 11, select the Start button, and then select Settings > System and then select Activation .. Your activation status will be listed next to Activation.. Tip: Instead of inviting people to share a notebook, you can create a special link to the notebook that you can then copy and paste into an email, into a text message, or onto a webpage.On the Send Link pane, click Copy Link.Keep in mind, access to this link is controlled by the access set for sharing at the top of the Send Link pane.

The taskbar can display the temperature in Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). To switch between these two units, select the weather icon on the taskbar, select the Edit location and unit icon on the weather card, select Celsius or Fahrenheit on the weather, and select Save. News and interests is supported in any taskbar orientation.

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.
