Important: You don't need to remove old security information unless there is an account security risk (e.g. someone else has access to your old mailbox).

That verification method isn’t working right now: Sometimes the block may be tied to the verification method you are using.Try using another verification method connected to your account. For example, if you are using SMS to verify yourself and are hitting a block, try using an alternate email that is connected to the account to receive your authorization code.

Take a picture of some printed data Maybe you’d like to get data from your previous tax returns into Excel and you only have printed copies.Just take a picture of each one, transfer the pictures to your computer (OneDrive is great for this). Then, click Data > From Picture > Picture From File and follow the on-screen instructions to convert picture to data.

If you purchase DLC and add-ons for a game that later leaves the catalog, your DLC and add-ons will not be removed. To create a new, blank file and link to it, click Create New Document under Link to, type a name for the new file, and either use the location shown under Full path or browse to a different save location by clicking Change.You can also choose whether to Edit the new document later or open and Edit the new document now.

If you selected the Share button, people will receive an email message inviting them to open the file. They can select the link to open the workbook. A web browser will open, and the workbook will open in Excel for the web.
