Use Microsoft Translator in Microsoft Edge browser
Open a webpage in Microsoft Edge. The browser will detect the language of the page and a menu will appear asking you to confirm that you want to translate the page. Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.
View, edit, and manage video transcripts and captions
Upload captions and transcripts. Upload your own WebVTT captions and transcript file by selecting Video settings in the upper right of the web player. Expand the Transcripts and captions section if closed, then select Upload. In the dialog that appears, select the language of the file you’re uploading.
