Important: If you turn on two-step verification, you will always need two forms of identification.This means that if you forget your password, you need two contact methods. Take a picture of some printed data Maybe you’d like to get data from your previous tax returns into Excel and you only have printed copies.Just take a picture of each one, transfer the pictures to your computer (OneDrive is great for this). Then, click Data > From Picture > Picture From File and follow the on-screen instructions to convert picture to data.

To zip (compress) files. In the search box on the taskbar, type file explorer, and then select it from the list of results.Right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.. To decompress files. Open File Explorer and find the compressed folder.

To add a picture, in the box you want to add it to, click the picture icon , select the picture you want to display in the chart, and then click Insert.
