The following communication site shows a footer that's been added. Labels and links appear on the right side of the footer. Tip: To quickly share with specific people, you can type in their name or email and then use the pencil icon to the right of the Name, group or email field to select Can edit or Can view.Then follow the same steps below to share with the specific people you listed. For Word documents, you can use the Can review option to let someone add comments and suggestions but prevent them from making edits.

Note: If a document has been shared with you for review, you may not be able to turn off Track Changes.If you want to edit the document without tracking changes, you’ll need to either save a copy or ask the person who sent it to you to share it again with review mode turned off.

Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.
