When an update is available in the Teams desktop app, it'll appear at the top of your Teams window. To update, select Update > Update and restart Teams .. Teams will automatically close and update.

Windows 10 usually finds devices automatically when you plug them in or turn them on. If it doesn't, follow these steps: Select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
