To open the app, select Start and select Clock from the app list, or type its name into the search box. In the Clock app, select World clock. Select Add a new city at the bottom. Type the first few letters of a location, and then select it in the list. If you don't see the one you want, try another location in the same time zone.

Select File > Automatic Replies. Note: If you don't see the Automatic Replies button, follow the steps to use rules to send an out of office message. Select Send automatic replies. If you don't want the messages to go out right away, select Only send during this time range. Choose the dates and times you'd like to set your automatic reply for.

Create an email signature in Outlook. Open a new email message. On the Message tab, click Signature, and then click Signatures. In the E-mail account list, pick the email you want. Under Select signature to edit, select New, and type a name for the signature. Type the signature you want in the Edit Signature box. More on creating signatures.

To restore your entire OneDrive, you'll need to have Microsoft 365. Go to the OneDrive website. (Make sure you're signed in with the correct account.)
