Under Proofing, if your language shows as Installed, you're ready to go.Otherwise press Not installed and Office will take you to a page where you can download the necessary Language Accessory Pack for that language. Follow the instructions on that page to download and install the pack, then come back to the Office Language Preferences dialog box to confirm that it's now installed.

Go to the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 download page on the Microsoft website. Select the Download link that corresponds to your version of Windows 7. Select each of the download links and save them to your PC. When you're ready to install SP1, run the .exe file you downloaded from the site. Then follow the instructions to install SP1.

Reduce the size of an image. If you’re sending large image files you can automatically resize them to reduce their file size. Attach the images to your email message. Click File > Info. Under the Image Attachments section, select Resize large images when I send this message. Return to your message, and click Send.

If prompted, enter the password to unprotect the worksheet. Select the whole worksheet by selecting Select All. On the Home tab, select the Font Settings popup launcher. You can also press Ctrl+Shift+F or Ctrl+1. In the Format Cells dialog box, select the Protection tab and uncheck the Locked box and then select OK.
