Install the S/MIME control. Get a certificate, sometimes referred to as a key or digital ID. The first step to use S/MIME is to obtain a certificate from your IT administrator or helpdesk.

Share your file with others. If you don't have meeting scheduling capability in Outlook or Teams, starting an instant meeting is a great option.
