In Windows Server 2012, Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4486081) is displayed under Installed Updates in Control Panel. In Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2, Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4486105) is displayed under Installed Updates in Control Panel.

Repair programs in Control Panel. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.

If you're running Windows 8.1 or earlier, or if your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, consider moving to a new Windows 11 device. Find a PC that meets your needs. Notes: If you don't see an option to Cancel, but instead see a link that says Turn on recurring billing, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be automatically charged after this date. There's nothing further to do at this time, and you can continue to use the product until your Microsoft 365 subscription expires.

OneDrive not connected. If you cannot sign in to your OneDrive sync app, or you see a message saying OneDrive is not connected, let our troubleshooter guide you through the steps to get syncing again, or follow the steps below.
