Outlook won’t open or is stuck at loading profile
In Outlook, select File, > Options, > People. Uncheck the check boxes for the following options if they are enabled: Display online status next to name. Show user photographs when available. Select OK and then restart Outlook. Note: Disabling the presence functionality will help mitigate the issue.

Add or manage an iCloud email account in Outlook
Add a new iCloud account. On the View tab, select View settings. Select Accounts > Email accounts. From the email accounts pane, select the option to add a new account. Select Add Account , in the Suggested account dropdown, enter the iCloud account you want to add, and select Continue. On Sync your iCloud account, select Continue.

Delay or schedule sending email messages in Outlook
Schedule a message for later. While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.
