The easiest way to get language packs for Windows 8.1 and Windows RT is to download and install them using the Language Control Panel. Download and install additional languages to view menus, dialog boxes, and other user interface items in your preferred language.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Manage BitLocker and then select it from the list of results. Or, select the Start button, and then under Windows System, select Control Panel.In Control Panel, select System and Security, and then under BitLocker Drive Encryption, select Manage BitLocker. Switch Real-time protection to Off.Note that scheduled scans will continue to run. However, files that are downloaded or installed will not be scanned until the next scheduled scan.

Test your camera with the Camera app. Select Start , then choose Camera from your apps. If you're asked to allow access to the Camera, select Yes.If the camera works in the Camera app, the problem might be with the app you're trying to use.
