If you're running Windows 8.1 or earlier, or if your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, consider moving to a new Windows 11 device. Find a PC that meets your needs. Set up your Microsoft account to transfer files and favorites. One account connects your device across Microsoft apps and services like Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Edge, and Microsoft Store.

Test your camera with the Camera app. Select Start , then choose Camera from your apps. If you're asked to allow access to the Camera, select Yes.If the camera works in the Camera app, the problem might be with the app you're trying to use.

When prompted, enter the product key. You can find the product key on the sticker on the CD case or other packaging. If you need help, see Find your Product Key for Office 2007.

To access your sign-in options, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.. Or just select this button: Go to Sign-in options. Change or manage your password or PIN. To change your password or PIN, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Select PIN (Windows Hello), and then select Change PIN.

Turn your PC off completely. To shut down, select Start and then select Power > Shut down.. Sleep. Sleep uses very little power, your PC starts up faster, and you’re instantly back to where you left off.

Check the Xbox services, games, and apps for any service outages.

Notes: If you don't see Go to Microsoft Store on the Activation page, contact your organization's support person.. If you made a substantial hardware changes to your device (such as replacing the motherboard) and you have a valid product key, try to activate Windows by phone.

Windows devices may get new functionality at different times as Microsoft delivers non-security updates, fixes, improvements, and enhancements via several servicing technologies—including controlled feature rollout (CFR).. Windows will let you know if you need to restart your device to complete an update, and you can choose a time that works best for you to complete that update.

Some sites are built to work with Internet Explorer and have functionality that isn't supported by modern browsers such as Microsoft Edge. If you need to view one of these sites, you can use Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge.

Download Microsoft Edge from the Apple App Store and sign in with your Microsoft account.
