Record a slide show with narration and slide timings
In the Options dialog box, click the Customize Ribbon tab on the left. Then, in the right-hand box that lists the available ribbon tabs, select the Recording check box. Click OK. To get ready to record, select Record on either the Recording tab or the Slide Show tab of the ribbon.

Add your out of office event to the Outlook calendar of others
Create an "out of office event" on your calendar. In Calendar , on the Home tab, select New Event . Add a title for the event, then select the start and end dates. To block out an entire day (or days), slide the All day toggle on. In the Options group, select Busy, then choose Out of office from the drop-down. Select Save.
