Note: If you use a Manual Table of Contents style, Word won't use your headings to create a table of contents and won't be able to update it automatically. Instead, Word will use placeholder text to create the look of a table of contents so you can manually type each entry into the table of contents.

The following communication site shows a footer that's been added. Labels and links appear on the right side of the footer. When you add labels and links to your footer, they follow the Edit link and appear to the right.. On your site, select Edit on the right side of the footer (Edit appears on your footer after you've turned the footer control on).

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).

You can add your email signature automatically to all outgoing messages, or you can choose to add your signature only to specific messages. If you use both Outlook Web App and Outlook, you need to create a signature in each.

To find Sync settings, select Start , then select Settings > Accounts > Sync your settings . Choose from settings such as language preferences, passwords, and color themes. List view. A unique feature of the Tasks app how it displays tasks and information associated with them in rows and columns. This is called List view, and allows you to change many tasks at once, which wasn't as possible in either To Do or Planner before.
