On your PC, go to Xbox.com and select Sign in.If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can’t go beyond the sign-in screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

Repair programs in Control Panel. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.

You may see an "account frozen" message and icon if you have exceeded your storage allowance and/or haven't signed in for a long time. You just need to get back under your Microsoft storage quota to get access to your files again.

Send in your Surface. If none of the previous solutions have resolved your issue, you can send in your Surface. If you decide to send it in, go to Device service and repair and sign in with your Microsoft account. If your device is already registered, select it and follow the instructions.
