Check the device. If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure the device works on that PC.

Top of Page. Contacts (People) keyboard shortcuts. The People view is your address book in Outlook where your personal contacts are stored and where you can open any address book that has been set up for your organization. The People, Mail, and Calendar views work together so you can easily send mail to and schedule appointments with your most important people.

Audio source. When you choose this... Computer audio Your computer's default speaker and mic will be used during the meeting. To adjust your PC mic and speaker settings, select Open device settings .. In Audio settings, select the audio devices you want to use from the Speaker and Microphone dropdown menus.You can alsoturn on spatial audio and adjust noise suppression.

To save time on tasks you do often, bundle the steps into a macro. First, you record the macro. Then you can run the macro by clicking a button on the Quick Access Toolbar or pressing a combination of keys.

Start sharing content. To share content in a meeting, select Share in your meeting controls. Then, choose to present your entire screen, a window, a PowerPoint file, or a whiteboard.

To change your translation preferences, go to Home > Translate > Translation Preferences.. Here you can set your preferred language. Translate part of an email. To translate just a bit of text from a message, select that text and right-click.

Windows share window: Select the Outlook icon in the “Share using” section of the Windows share window to email your files using Outlook directly within the windows share window.It also has a search box. So, you can now search for contacts across Outlook to share a file. The Windows share window also displays 8-10 suggested contacts to quickly share to–including emailing yourself a file.

Tip: If you don’t like the name of the template (usually Book 1), click the name in the Excel for the web title bar at the top of the page and type a different name.

Note: You might not be able to change the power mode when a custom power plan is selected.If you can’t set the power mode in Power & battery settings, open Control Panel, select System and Security > Power Options, then choose a Balanced power plan.
