Notes: Your org can restrict who can create teams. If you can't create a team or need to turn off team creation, check with your IT admin.

When you choose a reaction, the emoji will appear for a few seconds in the meeting window for participants to see. Change your view. When you create a team from an existing Microsoft 365 group, you'll automatically share the same group privacy (public or private) and members as the original group.

Do you organize large meetings or present material in them? To avoid random noise and visual distractions, you can disable attendee mics and cameras.

Identify guests on a team. To see if a team has any guests, just look below the heading where the team name shows up. You can tell if someone is a guest by looking anywhere their name appears—the word “Guest” appears after it.
