Notify the organizer. When you RSVP, the organizer will be notified of your response via email. You can turn this off when you RSVP by turning off the Notify organizer toggle.. You can also add an optional message to your RSVP by entering it in the Write an email (optional) field.

Select Add a printer or scanner.. Wait for it to find nearby scanners, then choose the one you want to use and select Add device.

On the Outlook status bar, if you see Disconnected, Working Offline, or Trying to connect…, then Outlook can't reach the email server to send your mail..
