Manage your call settings in Microsoft Teams
Adjust your voicemail settings. To change your voicemail settings, select Settings and more next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Calls. You will find all voicemail settings under Manage voicemail.. Voicemail greeting. To record a new voicemail greeting, select Record a greeting and follow the instructions to record your message.

Create workbook links - Microsoft Support
Important: Workbook links are considered potentially unsafe and must be enabled when you open a formula workbook.When you open a formula workbook, click Enable Content in the Message Bar to allow the workbook links to function. If you don't, Excel keeps the most recent values and disables refreshing the links with values from the data workbook.

Customize the navigation on your SharePoint site
The following communication site shows a footer that's been added. Labels and links appear on the right side of the footer. When you add labels and links to your footer, they follow the Edit link and appear to the right.. On your site, select Edit on the right side of the footer (Edit appears on your footer after you've turned the footer control on).

Add or delete notifications or reminders in Outlook
In Outlook, you have the option to: Snooze or dismiss events or tasks | Turn the notifications on or off | Add reminders to events | Add reminders to tasks | Troubleshoot notifications. Snooze or dismiss an event or task. With the reminders window, you can select to snooze calendar events and tasks, join a Teams meeting, or dismiss events and tasks.
