The color palette of the Office theme prioritizes the creation of modern and accessible content. The previous Office theme has been renamed Office Theme 2013–2022 and can still be accessed in the theme galleries of each Office application. Change a theme and make it the default in Word or Excel. Voice typing. In Windows 11, dictation has been updated and renamed as voice typing. Like dictation, voice typing uses online speech recognition technologies to power its speech-to-text transcription service. You no longer need to turn on the Online Speech recognition setting to use voice typing.
