Dynamic lock is a security feature that automatically locks your device when you are not around. It uses Bluetooth to pair with a phone, and locks the device when the Bluetooth signal drops below a certain level, indicating that you are no longer near your device.

If your device isn't regularly receiving quality updates, because of low disk space or have low activity, this may prevent the device from installing the Update Health Tools. If you currently don't have the client installed, you can then try triggering a normal Windows Update scan.
