Delivery Optimization in Windows 10 clears its cache automatically. Files are removed from the cache after a short time period or when their contents take up too much disk space. However, If you need more disk space on your PC, you can clear the cache manually. In the Search box on the taskbar, enter disk cleanup.

Temp folder size, automatic clearing. Depending on the number of projects in your account and the amount and size of media assets in your projects, the temp storage can increase to several GB in size. Both the temp storage on your computer and the browser cache get automatically emptied on a regular basis, freeing up this space again.

If you need to free up local storage space immediately, closing any cloud-based notebook and then restarting the app will remove the locally cached version of that notebook content. However, make sure that you first fully sync such notebooks with your OneDrive or SharePoint account before attempting to close them.

Note: If it’s been fewer than 10 days since you upgraded to Windows 10, your previous version of Windows will be listed as a system file you can delete.If you need to free up drive space, you can delete it, but keep in mind that you'll be deleting your Windows.old folder, which contains files that give you the option to go back to your previous version of Windows.
