Important: New name for apps for Office - Office Add-ins. We are currently updating our products, documentation, samples, and other resources to reflect the platform name change from "apps for Office and SharePoint" to "Office and SharePoint Add-ins". We made this change to better distinguish the extension platform from Office apps (applications).

Tip: If you installed the Microsoft 365 apps as part of a suite, such as Office Home and Student or Microsoft 365, search for the suite name.For stand-alone apps search by the app name, such as Project or Visio. In most cases you can't uninstall an individual app if it's included in your Microsoft 365 suite.

If you don’t see some of the newer features in your app, you might not have received the update yet or your Microsoft 365 admin restricts Office updates until the features can tested with other programs and add-ins in your organization. Notes: If you have existing lists of safe names and addresses, you can move that information into Outlook. Click Import from File and browse for the list file that you want. To create a file that uses your current list, click Export to File and then specify where you want the new file saved.. To change a name on the list, click the name that you want to change and then click Edit.

Notes: If you know your password, but just want to change it, go to account.microsoft.com Security tab, and select Change my password. If you know your username and password but they have stopped working, read My username and password have stopped working.
