Create an email signature from a template - Microsoft Support
Select all the elements of the signature, right-click and choose Copy. On the Message tab, in the Include group, select Signature > Signatures. Choose New and type a name for your signature. For example: "Business" or "Personal". In the Edit signature field, right-click and select Paste. Your signature is now displayed in the field.

Fix your Outlook email connection by repairing your profile
In Outlook 2016, choose File. Choose Account Settings > Account Settings. On the Email tab, choose your account (profile), and then choose Repair. Note: The Repair option isn't available if you're using Outlook 2016 to connect to an Exchange account. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook.

Schedule a message for later. While composing a message, select the dropdown next to Send and select Schedule send. Select one of the default options, then select Send or choose a custom time and then select Send . After you select Send, the message remains in the Draft folder until the delivery time.
