You can share a whiteboard to make it available to all participants in a Teams meeting. That same whiteboard is simultaneously available in the Whiteboard applications on Windows 10, iOS, and on the web. After joining a Teams meeting from your phone or tablet, select More options.

To check activation status in Windows 11, select the Start button, and then select Settings > System and then select Activation .. Your activation status will be listed next to Activation.. Check activation status in Settings. You'll see one of these activation status messages on the Activation page:
