Repair apps and programs in Windows - Microsoft Support
Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Apps & features in Settings. Select the app you want to fix. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.

Sign in and start apps from the My Apps portal - Microsoft Support
The My Apps page appears, showing all the cloud-based apps owned by your organization that are available for you to use. From the My Apps page, select the app you want to start using. A new page opens for the app, where you can sign in (if necessary) or begin using the app.
Manage background activity for apps in Windows
Apps that can run in the background can send and receive notifications, sync information, and stay up to date. If you find that an app is using a lot of battery when running in the background, you can change the setting for apps that allow it. Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Power & battery > Battery usage.
How to use the Camera app - Microsoft Support
Note: To keep the Camera app from using the camera, turn off the camera completely. Drag the app to the bottom of the screen and hold it there until the app flips over. If you have problems with the Camera app after changing privacy settings, close it and re-open it.
