Test your camera with the Camera app. Select Start , then choose Camera from your apps. If you're asked to allow access to the Camera, select Yes.If the camera works in the Camera app, the problem might be with the app you're trying to use.

To access your sign-in options, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.. Or just select this button: Go to Sign-in options. Change or manage your password or PIN. To change your password or PIN, go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Select PIN (Windows Hello), and then select Change PIN.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. Select Add a printer or scanner.. Wait for it to find nearby scanners, then choose the one you want to use and select Add device.
