Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

When File Explorer opens, you'll land in Quick access. Your frequently used folders and recently used files are listed there, so you won't have to dig through a series of folders to find them. There are many different products and services you can use to access your email messages, appointments and events, and contacts. Outlook offers many apps and services to meet your communication needs.

Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, select Compress Pictures.. If you do not see the Picture Tools - Format tab, make sure that you selected a picture. You may have to double-click the picture to select it and open the Format tab.. Also, depending on your screen size, you might only see the icons for the Adjust group. The Compress Pictures button appears without a label.

If you don’t see the Recall This Message command, you probably don’t have an Exchange account or the feature isn’t available within your organization. You can't recall a message that's protected by Azure Information Protection. You can't recall a message in Outlook on the web.

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

To increase security and performance, Windows 11 in S mode only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, or if you have Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, or Education and want to upgrade to Windows 11, you'll need to permanently switch out of S mode.
