Use a can of compressed air to clean the USB-C port on your PC. The charger isn’t compatible with your PC. The charger isn’t powerful enough to charge your PC.

Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings.
