Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. Repair programs in Control Panel. Select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Repair if it's available.If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.

To pin Quick Assist to your taskbar so you can quickly get back to it, after Quick Assist is open, right-click (or press and hold) the icon on your taskbar > Pin to taskbar. If the old app icon still appears on your device, make sure you select the new app icon.
