Tips: If you don't see the OneDrive icon, OneDrive might not be running. On a PC, go to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results. If the USB recovery drive doesn’t work on your Surface. OneDrive not connected. If you cannot sign in to your OneDrive sync app, or you see a message saying OneDrive is not connected, let our troubleshooter guide you through the steps to get syncing again, or follow the steps below.
