To schedule a meeting with members of a chat, open the chat and select More options at the top of the chat. Then, select Schedule a meeting . Schedule a meeting from your Teams Calendar. Select Calendar in Teams and select New meeting . The scheduling form is where you'll give your meeting a title, invite people, and add meeting details.

Open the Camera in Windows. To open up your webcam or camera, select the Start button, then select All apps, and then select Camera in the list of apps. If you have multiple cameras, you can switch between them by selecting Change Camera at the top right once the Camera app is opened. Open Camera.

Change your background during a meeting. In your meeting controls, select More actions > Effects and avatars . Select Blur to blur your background, or choose from the available images to replace it. To upload an image of your own, select Add new and pick a .JPG, .PNG, or .BMP file from your computer. To turn off background effects, select None.
