Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud

My microphone isn't working in Microsoft Teams
Before a meeting. In Teams, select Settings and more > Settings . Select Devices . Under Audio settings, make sure your mic is selected from the Microphone dropdown menu. Select Make a test call to test your settings. Follow the instructions from Test Call Bot and record a short message. The message will play back for you.

Create a template - Microsoft Support
Double-click Computer or, in Office 2016 programs, double-click This PC. Type a name for your template in the File name box. For a basic template, click the template item in the Save as type list. Choose language settings for your keyboard, websites, and apps
Select Start > Settings > Time & language > Language & region. Under Preferred languages, select the language that contains the keyboard you want, and then select Options. Select Add a keyboard and choose the keyboard you want to add. If you don't see the keyboard you want, you may have to add a new language to get additional options.

Use a USB cable to connect your device to the PC. In the search box on the taskbar, type photos and then select the Photos app from the results. Select Import from the app bar. Your devices will automatically show under Import. Choose your device from the list of connected devices. Wait for the content to load from your device.
