On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. (This makes sign-in, settings, and syncing happen automatically for all other Microsoft services.)

Note: Some cameras won't appear in the Camera settings page.These include infrared (IR) cameras used for Windows Hello Face authentication, cameras using DirectShow technology (like many apps provided by DSLR or action camera manufacturers so their devices can be used as webcams), and proprietary cameras that aren't managed by Windows—such as industrial cameras and many networked cameras.

USB-C overview. With a USB-C connection, you can charge your Windows 11 PC, and you can also connect to other USB Type-C devices such as mobile phones, docking stations, display adapters, and other devices that have a USB-C port.

Note for iPhone: If you are having trouble with your iPhone import, make sure your device is unlocked and you’ve accepted the permissions. Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud

For a black screen, use the following keyboard shortcut: Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B.

Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File > Options > Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Any new templates you save will be stored in that folder, and when you click File > New > Personal, you'll see the templates in that folder.

The new Microsoft Edge will delete your browsing history, cookies, and site data, as well as passwords, addresses, and form data when you close all InPrivate windows. You can open an InPrivate window in different ways: Select and hold (right-click) the Microsoft Edge logo in the taskbar and select New InPrivate window.

Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. If you select the icon for these apps, File Explorer opens and highlights the executable file.
