Solution 1: Turn off remote features. On the console, press the Xbox button to open the guide, then go to Profile & system.Make sure you sign in with the account that you use to sign in to the app. Go to Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.; Turn off Enable remote features.; In the mobile app, go to the My Library tab > Consoles, and then pull down to refresh the list of consoles.
Troubleshoot Surface Type Cover or Keyboard - Microsoft Support
You'll see the logo screen on your screen. Continue to hold the Volume Up button. Release the button when the UEFI screen appears. If you have a Windows Pro/Enterprise device (not a Windows Home device), you can then toggle off Type Cover port from the Devices menu and exit UEFI. Re-enter UEFI (press power + Volume Up) and toggle Type Cover port back on, then check if the Keyboard works in UEFI.
