OneDrive not connected. If you cannot sign in to your OneDrive sync app, or you see a message saying OneDrive is not connected, let our troubleshooter guide you through the steps to get syncing again, or follow the steps below.

Sign out of your account and then sign in to your new account. If everything is fixed, move your personal data and files to the new account. To move your personal files from your old account to your new account, try opening File Explorer, expanding This PC > OSDisk (C:), and looking in the Users folder, where you should see folders for both accounts.

After you've signed up for Microsoft 365, you and your employees can install your Office apps. From the admin center, select Office software.. Choose a language, and then select Install.. When prompted, select Run.. Select Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device.. The installation may take several minutes, depending on your Internet speed.

Note: You might not be able to change the power mode when a custom power plan is selected.If you can’t set the power mode in Power & battery settings, open Control Panel, select System and Security > Power Options, then choose a Balanced power plan.

Tips: If you don't see the OneDrive icon, OneDrive might not be running. On a PC, go to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results. You might need to click the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icons. On a Mac, use Spotlight to search for OneDrive and open it.

Is it available on my device? BitLocker encryption is available on supported devices running Windows 10 or 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Education. On supported devices running Windows 10 or newer BitLocker will automatically be turned on the first time you sign into a personal Microsoft account (such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com) or your work or school account.

Enter your Email, phone, or Skype name in the first box if you know it.; In the Contact email address text box, type an email address where we can contact you or send your password reset link.
