Sign out or remove an account from Microsoft Teams
While it's a good idea to remain signed in to continue receiving chats, notifications, incoming calls, and other activities, sometimes you might want to sign out of Teams to use another account or for other reasons. In Windows, macOS, or a web browser instance of Teams, select your profile picture at the top of the app and then select Sign out.

Manage your call settings in Microsoft Teams
Adjust your voicemail settings. To change your voicemail settings, select Settings and more next to your profile picture at the top of Teams and then choose Settings > Calls. You will find all voicemail settings under Manage voicemail.. Voicemail greeting. To record a new voicemail greeting, select Record a greeting and follow the instructions to record your message.

Share a file with someone outside your team in Microsoft Teams
Only team members can see files that were shared in a team. You can share a file with people outside your team (if they are also using Teams) by sending it to them in a chat. If you want to share an Office file with someone outside your organization, open the file in its Office app on the desktop, web, or mobile and share it from there.

The steps below will result in New Teams installing the Teams Meeting Add-in. If you have both Teams Classic and New Teams installed, use Option 1. If you have only New Teams installed, use Option 2. Option 1: Use this option if you have both Teams Classic and New Teams installed. Switch the Toggle back to Teams Classic.
