Install Office 2007. Insert your Office 2007 CD into the drive. If the setup wizard doesn’t start automatically, navigate to the CD drive and click SETUP.EXE. When prompted, enter the product key. Download printer drivers in Windows. If your printer isn't responding, you may need to remove it and reinstall it so Windows can download and install the proper drivers. Make sure your printer is on and connected to your PC. Open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners . Select the name of the printer, and then choose Remove.
