These terms are used when your message has been intentionally blocked by a spam or blacklist filter on the recipient's email server. The recipient's server believes that the mail server or mail account that you're using is a source of spam.

Safe senders and recipients. Safe senders are people and domains you always want to receive email messages from. Safe recipients are recipients that you don't want to block, usually groups that you’re a member of.

In Windows 11, ensure that Camera access, Let apps access your camera, and the individual toggle for the Microsoft Store app you wish to use is turned on. If you do not see the app or website you're looking for in the list, it's likely a desktop app. Desktop apps cannot be individually toggled, but access for those apps can be controlled using Let desktop apps access your camera.

Important: If you want to delete the last or the only email account you have in classic Outlook for Windows, you'll receive a warning that you must create a new location for your data before removing the account.For more information, see Create an Outlook Data File.

If you can't sign into your Microsoft account, most issues can be identified by our sign-in helper tool. The tool will ask you to enter the email address or mobile phone number you're trying to sign in with and check the details you provide.

Important: When you close your Microsoft account, your email and contacts are deleted from our servers and can't be recovered.If you use your Microsoft account with Xbox, Skype, OneDrive, or other Microsoft services, you'll no longer be able to access those services.

Note: If you are in tablet mode, desktop icons are not displayed.To see your desktop icons in tablet mode, go to Start > Settings > System > Tablet, then select Change additional tablet settings.Under When I'm using tablet mode, make sure that Hide app icons on the taskbar and Automatically hide the taskbar are both set to Off.
