Under Message organization, choose either of the options depending on whether you want to show email grouped by conversation or as individual message.. If you select Show email grouped by conversation, under Arrange the reading pane, select either of the options: Newest on top, Newest on bottom, or Show each message separately.

To add a person to the Safe Senders List, click a message from the sender. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Never Block Sender.. To add a specific address or domain to the Safe Recipients List, click a message from the sender.

Track and print results. When you create and send an email with voting buttons to others, you may want to track and print the results. You can either quickly copy the voting results into a blank Word document or a new email, or copy them into Excel so you can work with the data later.

Note: If you start to play a DVD or VCD in the Player Library, the Player automatically switches to Now Playing mode. The Blu-ray Disc format is not supported in Windows Media Player. Features with audio and video functionality.. Many features that come as part of Windows can be used to view or play video or audio content. Here are some examples: OneNote app (lets people record or play audio), Microsoft Edge web browser (lets people play audio and video content on the internet), the Photos app, the OneDrive app, and others.
