Add or remove add-ins in Excel - Microsoft Support
Important: If you originally installed the Excel add-in from a network file server or from a shared folder, you might need to remove the add-in from that location.If you installed the Excel add-in from a CD and you mapped your CD drive to a new drive letter after installing the add-in, you need to reinstall the add-in from the CD.

What does it mean when your OneDrive account is frozen?
You may see an "account frozen" message and icon if you have exceeded your storage allowance and/or haven't signed in for a long time. You just need to get back under your Microsoft storage quota to get access to your files again.

Fix problems uploading files on the OneDrive website
The full path (including the file name) is too long. The path must contain fewer than 442 characters. Shorten the name of your file or the name of subfolders in OneDrive, or select a subfolder that's closer to the top-level folder, and then try to upload the file again.
