Important: You won't lose files or data by resetting OneDrive on your computer.Resetting OneDrive only disconnects all your sync connections (including personal and work or school).

Notes: Meeting recordings won't capture whiteboards, annotations, shared notes or content shared in the stage view by apps, and also won't include videos or animations embedded in PowerPoint Live presentations.

To capture a video snip, open Snipping Tool, select the Record button, then select New recording, or press Windows logo key + Shift + R.Select the area of the screen you wish to record, then select Start.When you are done, select Stop.At this point you can save the recording as-is or select Edit in Clipchamp to work with it in the Clipchamp video editor.

Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location.This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup.

If you're running Windows 8.1 or earlier, or if your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11, consider moving to a new Windows 11 device. Find a PC that meets your needs. Press the Start button , and then enter store into the search bar.; Choose Microsoft Store from the results to open the app.; Select your account in the top-right corner of the screen, and then select Redeem code or gift cards.; Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts.
