You can make additional apps available for automatic startup. The apps will show up in the options you see on the Startup page in Settings as you set apps to run automatically when you start your device (when selected, the apps might show in your taskbar or elsewhere—or the apps might start behind the scenes). To see which apps are available, go to Start > Settings > Apps > Startup.

Notes: Meeting recordings won't capture whiteboards, annotations, shared notes or content shared in the stage view by apps, and also won't include videos or animations embedded in PowerPoint Live presentations.

The Health report starts off by showing you the last time a Device Health scan was run. The time displayed should be basically the current time, as Windows Security tries to run a Device Health scan when you open the Device performance & health page.. Beyond the time of last scan you'll see the status of the key areas that Device Health monitors:

Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File > Options > Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Any new templates you save will be stored in that folder, and when you click File > New > Personal, you'll see the templates in that folder.

If you want to secure your content and get a link that only works for the people you invite, select Specific people in Link settings when creating the sharing link.. The recipients' experience depends on the settings you select when creating the sharing link, and the account they use to view the file.

To open the On-Screen Keyboard. Go to Start , then select Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard, and turn on the On-Screen Keyboard toggle. A keyboard that can be used to move around the screen and enter text will appear on the screen. The keyboard will remain on the screen until you close it.
