If you try to add an IMAP account to Outlook, for example a Gmail account, Apple account, Yahoo account, or an account from your local ISP, and you're not prompted to enter your password, use the following steps to work around the problem.

You'll see the logo screen on your screen. Continue to hold the Volume Up button. Release the button when the UEFI screen appears. If you don't, Excel keeps the most recent values and disables refreshing the links with values from the data workbook.

Note: You might not be able to change the power mode when a custom power plan is selected.If you can’t set the power mode in Power & battery settings, open Control Panel, select System and Security > Power Options, then choose a Balanced power plan.
