Reduce the file size of a picture in Microsoft Office
Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, select Compress Pictures.. If you do not see the Picture Tools - Format tab, make sure that you selected a picture. You may have to double-click the picture to select it and open the Format tab.. Also, depending on your screen size, you might only see the icons for the Adjust group. The Compress Pictures button appears without a label.

Create a team from an existing group in Microsoft Teams
Choose Teams on the left side of the app, then select Create and join teams and channels at the top of your teams list. Select Create team . Choose From a group and then choose from the available Microsoft 365 groups. You’ll see a list of groups that you currently own, don't already have a team associated, and have less than 10,000 members.

Archive items manually - Microsoft Support

Double-space the lines in a document - Microsoft Support
You can double-space all or part of a Word document. To double-space the whole document, go to Design > Paragraph Spacing, and choose Double. Tip: To double-space only part of the document, select the paragraphs you want to change, go to Home > Line and Paragraph Spacing, and choose 2.0.
